Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be very challenging. Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If during transit or after arrival of your order you realize that you want to make a change, you may return part or all of your order for a respective partial or total refund, but you must pay to ship it back in order to receive the refund. The returned item(s) must be in their unused, original condition.

If your product was damaged during delivery or is found to be defective, you may send it back, with receipt, within 10 days for exchange. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Please contact customer service before returning any item.

Our ongoing promise is that all of our products and formulations are free of synthetic chemicals, harmful sulfates, dyes, parabens, and are not sourced from genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Everything inside of our products is from a plant, mineral, part of the ocean, or other sources of ingredients directly from nature itself.
Other brands often use the claim that they are "natural". This means their products have some of the qualities above but also contain unnatural components including synthetic ones.

While we do source our ingredients from organically-certified partners, at the moment the USDA organic seal is only approved for products that meet their acceptable edible food standards. New progress is being made everyday to help create a standard for the cosmetic industry. Meanwhile, Guise Etiquette will maintain an ongoing goal of attaining the organic seal and produce the highest quality products made from organic ingredients wherever and whenever possible.
